How We Do It

Free Visit & Upfront Pricing - We'll Call round to check out your place and chat about what you're after. Our team will measure up, listen to your ideas, and work out a loft conversion that ticks your boxes without breaking the bank. You'll get a solid price that won't change later on.

Drawing It Up & Showing You What It'll Look Like - We come out and properly measure up and scan everything using advanced LiDAR 3D scanning technology, then present you with detailed floor plans of your new loft conversion. You'll see exactly where everything will go and how it's going to turn out before we start any demolition or construction work.

 Getting Ready to Start - Before any actual building work kicks off, we handle all the behind-the-scenes preparation with the council and engineers that makes everything run smoothly. We'll erect the scaffolding, arrange waste removal, set up temporary toilet facilities, and install safety barriers around the working area. We then bring in all the materials so that when our team shows up on day one, we're ready to hit the ground running. 

Building Your Loft & Keeping You in the Loop - Our team of skilled tradesmen will get stuck in and build your conversion from start to finish. The site manager will keep you updated on progress and ensure all official inspections happen when they need to. We do our best to keep dust to a minimum, and you can rest assured that our team will vacuum the work and access areas every day, so you can relax in the evening without worrying about the mess.

How Long It Takes & Getting Your Home Back - Most dormer conversions take about 6-8 weeks to finish, though the simpler Velux ones are usually quicker, around the 3-4 week mark, Once everything's done and the building inspector does their final inspection, we hand over your certificate of compliance so you relax and make the most of your new Crafted Space.
